You’ll be the person helping CFOs, Heads of Payments, and Accounting teams get their order-to-cash processes under control using Actuals. You’ll translate messy, high-volume transactional data into clean, reliable financial reporting.
On a daily basis, you will:
Own a portfolio of customers and guide them through onboarding and beyond.
Journalize transactions correctly, making sure ledgers reflect reality.
Spot mismatches in payment or ERP data, then advise customers on how to fix the root cause.
Build dashboards with insights that actually help customers make decisions.
Team up with Technical Consultants to solve data and integration challenges.
Share what you learn from customers to make our product even better.

What skills do you need to succeed?
We are looking for someone who gets both the language of accounting and the logic of systems. You’ve got:
3+ years’ experience in accounting, audit, finance, or e-commerce.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
Solid knowledge of revenue recognition and double-entry accounting.
A real interest in reconciliation and order-to-cash processes.
Energy from working directly with clients and solving their challenges.
Strong analytical and communication skills – you can explain financial processes clearly.
Fluency in English. (Dutch is a plus)
Previous work experience with payment providers like Adyen, Mollie, Stripe, or PayPal, or ERP systems like NetSuite or Dynamics will be considered a plus. If you’ve dabbled in Power BI, QuickSight, JSON or SQL, even better.
