Your Role
As a Senior Application Analyst – Supply Chain Planning, you will support the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of a new enterprise planning landscape. The programme includes several planning capabilities, including:
- Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP)
- Assortment Planning
- Demand Forecasting
- Supply Chain Planning
Working closely with implementation partners and the Solution Architect, you will help deliver a best-in-class planning solution. The organization is implementing one of the leading planning platforms, such as Blue Yonder, O9 Solutions, or RELEX.
Following implementation, you will take ownership of the functional management, optimization, and ongoing development of the platform. Acting as the link between Business and IT, you will ensure the solution continues to deliver value through improved planning processes and data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Support the implementation of enterprise planning solutions together with implementation partners and Solution Architects.
- Translate business requirements from Planning, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance into functional application solutions.
- Participate in workshops, solution configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Perform impact assessments and recommend process and system improvements.
- Own the functional management and optimization of implemented applications.
- Analyze incidents and coordinate improvements with internal teams and external partners.
- Support software releases, upgrades, and the rollout of new functionality.
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise planning and data platforms.
- Contribute to the long-term roadmap for planning capabilities and application enhancements.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent working and thinking level.
- Several years of experience as an Application Analyst, Functional Consultant, or a similar role within Supply Chain, Merchandising, or Planning.
- Experience implementing and supporting enterprise planning applications.
- Knowledge of one or more planning domains, including Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Demand Forecasting, or Supply Chain Planning.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integrations in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with or exposure to Blue Yonder, O9 Solutions, or RELEX is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience working in Agile environments and implementation projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge Business and IT.
