We’re hiring an ERP Application Specialist in Amsterdam

The role
As an ERP Application Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, support and continuous improvement of the company's NetSuite platform. You will ensure the system remains reliable, user-friendly and aligned with business needs across Finance, Asset Management and commercial teams.
Acting as the bridge between users, business stakeholders and external partners, you will drive adoption, optimise processes and help maximise the value of the platform.
An overview of your responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite users across the organisation
Provide functional support and resolve application-related issues
Manage users, roles, permissions and system configurations
Configure and maintain workflows, dashboards, forms and integrations
Coordinate testing and validation of system changes and releases
Monitor platform performance, releases and new functionality
Support data quality initiatives and master data management
Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and user adoption
Translate business requirements into practical NetSuite solutions
Train users, coordinate external partners and advise stakeholders on platform capabilities and best practices
What you bring to the table:
3–5 years of experience as an ERP Administrator, Application Administrator, or similar role
Minimum 2 years of hands-on NetSuite experience
Experience with user management, system configuration, application support and release management
Proactive mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Understanding of ERP processes within Finance and operational environments
Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow or NetSuite integrations
Knowledge of Finance and Asset Management processes in the Energy Sector is a plus
Experience in a multi-country environment is a plus
Familiarity with IT service management and change management processes is a plus
