Your Role

As a Solution Architect – Supply Chain Planning, you will be responsible for designing and governing the end-to-end architecture of a modern planning ecosystem. Working closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams, you will ensure that planning solutions align with business objectives while remaining scalable, integrated, and future-proof.

You will play a leading role in the implementation and evolution of enterprise planning capabilities, leveraging platforms such as O9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, or RELEX. These solutions will support key business processes, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment, and supply chain planning.

What You'll Do

• Design an end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise supply chain planning.
• Define scalable architecture principles and technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing development of planning platforms such as O9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, or RELEX.
• Improve forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, and supply planning capabilities.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, enterprise data platforms, and related applications.
• Translate business requirements into sustainable, future-proof solution designs.
• Collaborate with business, IT, vendors, and implementation partners throughout the project delivery process.
• Provide architectural governance and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
• Support innovation by evaluating new technologies and contributing to the long-term planning roadmap.

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor's or master's degree, or an equivalent level of work experience and analytical ability.
• 8–10 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a similar role.
• Extensive experience with enterprise supply chain planning solutions.
• Hands-on experience with O9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, RELEX, or comparable planning platforms.
• Experience working in complex international retail or supply chain environments.
• A strong understanding of forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment, and supply planning processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, enterprise integrations, and complex application landscapes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and IT.
