(Senior) Manager of Digital Planning Transformation

For a trusted client, we are looking for a Senior Digital Planning Transformation Manager, that operates internationally with offices all over the world.  

Position: 

The Senior Digital Planning Transformation Manager you will guide top CFOs, Group Controllers, Financial Executives and Business Controllers of prominent organizations to become the undisputed leader in the market.

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Formulating future (digital) strategies for planning, budgeting and forecasting processes; 

  • Inspiring clients with latest trends and best practices to shape the ambition in digital planning through technology and data analytics; 

  • Reinvent and transform business planning elements to enable the business to drive strategy execution; 

  • Analyzing and improving current planning processes through application of the latest technologies; 

  • Project management of the delivery of planning, budgeting and forecasting solutions for our strategic clients, with Anaplan, Oracle, OneStream and SAP as our key partner; 

  • Growing long-term relationships with strategic partners. 

 

Work experience:  

  • A completed university degree, preferably in business administration, business economics or finance; 

  • Preferably also a postgraduate course; 

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in the Finance & Technology domain; 

  • You have thorough knowledge of financial processes and systems; 

  • You have evident experience in both sales and delivery of consulting assignments; 

  • You can manage multidisciplinary teams, and you have excellent people management capabilities; 
     

Personal qualities:  

  • You have good communication and social skills; 

  • You are able to communicate clearly in all layers of the organization about complex issues; 

  • Excellent professional proficiency in Dutch and English language, spoken and written.

Salary range: €70000 - €90000
