In this role, you will have the opportunity to reach your full potential while playing a key role in the group’s reporting and forecasting processes, working closely with colleagues across the finance team. You will help ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting, while also serving as a subject matter expert for reporting and consolidation.

You will report directly to the Finance Director and work closely with the Group Control team and CFOs across the company.

A significant part of your role will focus onTagetik, where you will be responsible for the platform, drive process improvements, define the roadmap, and explore new features, including AI capabilities. You will also assist key users in creating and optimizing reports.

Our client is a global organization with over14,000 employees across 50 countries, operating through more than100 entities, which makes the reporting environment complex and highly diverse. You will be part of a collaborative Group Finance team of approximately 10 professionals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to atimely, efficient, and accurate reporting and forecasting processin close collaboration with colleagues in Group Finance
  • Review financial statements to ensure their accuracy, completeness, and compliance withIFRS, and make adjustments as necessary
  • Prepare high-quality consolidated reports for the Management Board, Supervisory Board, and Executive Team
  • Support and help coordinatemonth-end and year-end closing processes
  • Oversee and continuously improve the group’sreporting and consolidation systems
  • Drive improvements inKPI reporting, performance management, and financial insights
  • Lead projects to improve systems and tools for more efficient performance management
  • Serve as a key liaison between finance and other group functions regarding data, analysis, and reporting
  • Own and develop the Tagetik platform, including:
    • Process improvements
    • System Roadmap
    • New features and AI capabilities
    • User support and report generation


What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of experience infinance, management accounting, or reporting, preferably in an international setting
  • Extensive experience infinancial reporting, consolidation, and analysis
  • Experience withCCH Tagetikis a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and processes
  • A structured, efficient work style with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
  • A proactive, business-minded self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and integrity
  • A confident and resilient team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
