As a Junior Business Controller, you will combine keen financial insights with a strong data-driven view. You operate at the intersection of finance, business and data analytics and are a key sparring partner for both management and operational teams.
With a few years of relevant experience, you have a foundation in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis. You stand out because you know how to translate complex information into clear steering information and strategic advice.
You have a natural curiosity for data and digitization. You are comfortable working with tools such as Power BI and Excel (advanced). This is what you will do
- Analyze financial data and translate it into clear reports.
- Advise management and directors on strategic choices.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, set up and improve KPIs and dashboards
- Develop and improve financial and business processes and systems
- Collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines and operating companies.
- Further professionalize Business Control.
What you bring
- A completed college or university degree, preferably financial or data driven.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a controlling position (business or financial controlling).
- Skill in reporting and forecasting and risk management.
- Affinity with Power BI and Excel.
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented attitude.
- Feel at home in technical sector and with a family business culture.

- A salary up to €4,500, per month (at 40 hours per week), depending on experience.
