We are looking for an Integration Consultant who enjoys working with APIs, data flows, and system integrations. In this role, you will focus on the technical implementation of Ivalua solutions, ensuring that integrations with ERP, finance, and data platforms are robust, scalable, and reliable.
As a technical consultant, you will work closely with functional teams, solution architects, and client IT stakeholders to deliver successful implementations in complex environments.
Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid)
Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English
Start Date: As soon as possible
Design, build, and test integrations between Ivalua and ERP/finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), SFTP environments, and data platforms
Configure and troubleshoot Ivalua I/O (file-based and API-based integrations)
Work with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, SFTP, and flat-file transfers
Perform data mapping, transformations, and data quality checks
Identify and resolve technical issues such as schema mismatches, mapping errors, API timeouts, or integration failures
Produce technical design documents, interface specifications, and system architecture documentation
Prepare and perform SIT, UAT, end-to-end, and regression testing for integrations
Monitor interface logs and proactively resolve incidents
Translate technical requirements into actionable implementation tasks
Work closely with functional teams to ensure that business processes are aligned with technical feasibility
Participate in client meetings, technical workshops, and design sessions
Support presales activities that require integration or data expertise
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of integration frameworks, templates, and best practices
At least 2 years of experience in integrations, IT consulting, or technical implementations within SaaS, ERP, or S2P environments
Hands-on experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), XML/JSON, SFTP, and data mapping
A solid understanding of integration concepts such as authentication, data transformation, payload handling, middleware, and ETL processes
Experience with tools such as Postman, Swagger, SQL, and Excel for data analysis
Experience with or interest in Ivalua (training, certification, or project experience is a plus)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
A basic understanding of procurement or finance processes is a plus
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English

Able to work both independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams

Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
