About this position Are you enthusiastic about ESG and would you like to play an important role in further professionalizing and automating the ESG reporting structure at one of our clients? As ESG Controller, you will be given the space to shape this new position yourself. You will collect relevant data in cooperation with the controllers and colleagues from the operation. You will report directly to the group controller.
So what are you going to do?
Actively collaborate with colleagues in the sustainability field within the organization.
Further develop and automate the ESG reporting structure.
Analyze and monitor ESG data; monitor targets.
Instruct and support colleagues on ESG reporting processes.
Coordinate periodic ESG reports (non-financial information) including the annual report .
Maintain contact with external auditors and coordinate the non-financial annual audit.
Non financial data requirements for external stakeholders (oa from banks and other financiers).
What do you need.
Completed college or university degree in finance or similar field.
Approximately 5 years working experience in financial control and group reporting.
Preferably with interest or experience in ESG.
Strong communication skills, analytical strength and attention to detail.
Good in the Dutch and English languages.
