Intake

In a personal conversation, we explore your question. Are you rightly looking to fill a vacancy permanently or temporarily? Are there perhaps smarter solutions? Is it perhaps wise to fill it temporarily first before we look for a permanent position? What is the underlying cause of the situation we are talking about? After this phase, we know together what the real problem is and what the right approach will be.

Vacancy

After the intake we have clear solution direction. Here we discuss the ins and outs of the vacancy or interim assignment until we are clear about what needs to be done and understand what kind of culture someone will be working in. In this phase we also discuss all peripheral issues that are just as important as the content of the position, such as hours per week, the possibility of working from home, employment conditions/rates, starting date, duration of the contract and other important matters. Once we have the picture complete we advise on the feasibility of the position, the expected lead time to find someone and all other important issues. As well as our commercial terms.

Search

In this phase, we have a picture of what you are looking for and we start working for you. We do this in two different ways that we combine: reactive and proactive.Reactive is the development of a job profile that we make visible online. We do this mainly for visibility. Of course, we don't want to be dependent on people responding or not responding. This is why we also take a proactive approach. We actively search in the specific part of our network what is applicable to your vacancy. In this phase we take you along in our process so you always know what we are doing and there is always insight into the timeline. Clear and transparent recruitment is what you can expect from us. In addition, we speak to each candidate presented to you personally.

Selection Process

In the phase, we will present you with one or more candidates based on our selection. We do this by sending a resume, with an honest description of where the match or any doubts are around the candidate. We also communicate transparently about the financial wishes of the candidate. Then the interviews start, in which we guide you through the entire process from planning the interviews to the feedback moments. After each interview, we evaluate the interview, compare the feedback and discuss the next steps.

Offer

Once you have found a candidate you want to hire, you can either make an offer yourself or involve us in this process. Here we can take the work off your hands. In this phase, cooperation is important. Especially with permanent positions, there are often many questions from candidates where we like to make sure that everything is discussed openly and honestly. This way we guide both parties through this phase.

Start and aftercare

Once all contracts are signed and the candidate starts, it doesn't stop for us. We stay in close contact to see how the working relationship develops. Should unforeseen things happen, we take responsibility and solve the problem together.

Do you focus only on financial functions?

Yes, for the time being. That could easily change in the future. We focus primarily on finance management functions and projects that take place in the finance department. Think of transformation functions, system selection projects and functions around the management, implementation and further development of financial systems and application management roles. As such, we do not mediate standard finance roles such as accounting roles.

Can you also help me with international functions?

Yes, we can help you with that too. In our network we have a large number of candidates and clients that we help with international positions.

Do you only work for large corporates?

No, definitely not. We also work a lot for smaller fast-growing companies. Each phase in a company's life cycle requires different talents. At each stage, we can help you.

Is my data stored securely?

Yes, your data is yours alone. Our systems are all hosted by highly qualified IT parties. All security measures there are regulated at a very high level. With a simple request, we can remove all your data from our systems. You will always receive a confirmation of this.

Do you also visit us on-site?

Yes, of course. We’re happy to visit and get to know the situation firsthand. This allows us to understand your organization's culture even better, helping us assess the potential match with a candidate more accurately.

Does Tom really not drink coffee?

That's true. Tom often sets up meetings under the pretext of “just grabbing a coffee.” But don’t worry about offering coffee—he’d much prefer a good cup of tea.
