NetSuite Functional Analyst
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting and optimizing NetSuite ERP solutions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite implementations
- Bachelor's degree in business-related subject or computer science
- NetSuite certification is a plus (Suite Foundation, ERP Consultant or Administrator)
- Good understanding of NetSuite ERP and SuiteCloud platform capabilities
- Experience with modules such as Financials, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing and Inventory Management
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand unique business needs Translating the business requirements into specific NetSuite functionality
- Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions
- Workshop facilitation, driving the agenda and securing support at all levels of the organization
- Customize NetSuite fields, record types, reports, forms, and workflows
- Design, perform functional testing and assist user acceptance testing of NetSuite customizations
- Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions
- Provide training and ongoing support to users
- Troubleshoot user issues
- Collaborate with technical teams on system integration and customization
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in creating Saved Searches, custom reports, and dashboards
- Knowledge of SuiteFlow for workflow automation
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
