We are looking for a Reporting & Consolidation Manager that can help to shape the future of our client. As Reporting & Consolidation Manager, you will take ownership of a timely, efficient, and accurate reporting and forecasting process. You'll lead the hands-on coordination of month-end and year-end closings and act as the key expert for reporting and consolidation within the organization. In addition, your role will include financial control responsibilities for the Dutch holding entities.
You will report directly to the Finance Director and collaborate closely with the Group Control team as well as CFOs of the business teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and contribute to a timely, efficient and accurate reporting and forecasting process enabling group management to steer the company on reliable data.
  • Review group financial statements and reports to ensure they're accurate and complete, compliant with IFRS and initiate adjustments were deemed necessary.
  • Working with the Finance Director to prepare quality consolidated reports for the Management Board, Supervisory Board and Executive Team.
  • Oversee and continuously improve the group's reporting and consolidation system to
  • ensure efficiency, reliability, and alignment with business needs.
  •  Initiate, stimulate and follow-up on improvements group wide on reporting, KPI
  • measurements and performance management.
  • Drive improvement projects to introduce and optimize systems and tools in order to have a performant and efficient performance management system .
  • Act as the specialist and support partner for the group-wide reporting of lease contracts
  • (IFRS-16)
  • Liaise with other group functions regarding consolidated data, analysis and reports
  • Responsible for the reporting & consolidation and financial control activities within the Group Control department.
What do you bring?
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in finance and controlling, and at least 5 to 7 years of work experience in an (international) industrial environment or at an audit firm, with a focus on financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis-preferably in a managerial role. You take ownership, work pragmatically, and drive progress proactively. You get things done without waiting for direction. Experience with Tagetik for reporting and consolidation is a strong advantage. We expect:
