Job Description

AsSenior Application Manager Finance and HR, youareresponsible for the functional management and further development of enterprise applications within the Shared Service Group. You combine in-depth functional knowledge with a coordinating role and act as a link between business and IT.

You contribute to the international harmonization of processes, supervise application implementations, and ensure continuous improvements within Finance, HR, and Facility solutions. In this role, you work closely with stakeholders around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Functional support for global enterprise applications.
  • Coordinating and supporting implementation projects and application interfaces.
  • Initiating and implementingcontinuous improvementsand handling change requests.
  • Acting as a connecting link between business and IT; translating business requirements into effective IT solutions.
  • Aligning and standardizing processes within international teams.
  • Guiding, coaching, and mentoring (junior) colleagues worldwide.
  • Management of incidents, problems, changes, suppliers, and application lifecycle.

Support and management of, among other things:

  • Finance & HR systems:ISAH, AFAS, ADP, OneStream, Whitevision
  • Travel & Expense / Facility:SAP Concur, SRXP, Plusport, AEOS
  • Other:EasySystems, YIM, HSE Portal, E-Hours

Projects

  • Global implementation of ISAH
  • Global rollout of EasySystems
  • Kyriba implementation
  • SAP Concur implementation
  • New time registration process

Essential

  • At least4 years of experiencein functional application management and/or business analysis.
  • Understanding Finance Processes
  • Proactive mindset focused on process optimization and workflow improvement.
  • Demonstrable experience with ERP transitions and user adoption.
  • Experience in international and multicultural environments.
  • Experience with external suppliers and consultants.
  • Excellent command ofDutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of incident, problem, change, supplier, and lifecycle management.
In brief
Location: Rotterdam
Salary range: €60,000 - €70,000
Agreement: Permanent
